Oak View Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Banquet Supervisor to oversee all aspects of banquets and events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, quality presentation, and efficient event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup, food presentation, serving, and cleanup of banquets and events, focusing on detail and quality presentation.
  • Train and coach banquet staff to ensure they are prepared and organized for each event.
  • Ensure all functions are set and staff is prepared and organized before the required time on the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
  • Arrange for and ensure the proper sequence of service for each event.
  • Supervise the clearing and post-function cleanup and garbage removal.
  • Review scheduling and labor needs to ensure efficient event execution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality presentation.
  • Experience in banquet or event service, preferably in a similar role.
