Job Overview

Position Title: Sous Chef Roblox

Salary Range: $67,000 - $75,000

Role Summary

As the Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Culinary Department's operations within our facility. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation and cooking of diverse menu items, developing daily specials, and ensuring their presentation meets our high standards. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to create new menus and oversee inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Executive Chef in managing food costs and overseeing budgetary compliance.
  • Assist in menu planning and development.
  • Coordinate and execute catering events.
  • Implement new culinary initiatives in partnership with the marketing and culinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts.
  • Progressive experience in culinary or kitchen management.
  • Experience in catering is advantageous.
  • Experience in high-volume food service operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with institutional and batch cooking practices.
  • Strong understanding of food trends, quality standards, and cost control measures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
  • Willingness to engage in client satisfaction initiatives.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
