Job Description: Clinical Operations Assistant

NavitsPartners is seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting patient care and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience.

About the Job:
As a Clinical Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including preparing examination rooms and medical supplies, managing patient records, and handling prescription refill requests. You will also assist with procedures and patient care, and maintain accurate documentation. Additionally, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare examination rooms and medical supplies according to hospital and infection control standards.
  2. Manage patient records and complete forms accurately.
  3. Assist with procedures and patient care.
  4. Maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED and completion of an approved Medical Assistant certificate course.
  • BLS certification (AHA required).
  • Registered Medical Assistant required, Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
