Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Records/Lab Technician to join our team at Grinbaum Orthodontics PLLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our doctors and hygienists in their work.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable and relaxed
  • Work closely with treatment coordinators to ensure that new patients have a positive experience, including taking photos, x-rays, and scans
  • Sterilize dental instruments and equipment, and organize the treatment areas
  • Create dental impressions, pour models, and make custom orthodontic retainers
  • Organize the dental chairs, stock, and other materials, and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Follow OSHA guidelines and our office policies to ensure the highest standards of patient care
  • Collaborate with the team to provide the best possible care for our patients
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Ortho technician or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Fluent English speaking abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanor
The salary for this role is estimated to be between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, based on qualifications and performance.
