About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Representative to join our team at Upper Lakes Foods, Inc. As a Sales Account Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to new and existing customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of sales, chef/restaurant management, or related experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Light physical exertion, standing, bending, and reaching, and lifting and carrying of light loads.
  • Visual and Aural Abilities: Sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned.
