Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise kids club staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide exceptional care and programming for our members' children.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that promote physical activity, socialization, and cognitive development for children aged 6 months to 10 years.
  • Ensure the kids club is a clean, healthy, and safe environment, adhering to all World Gym policies and procedures.
  • Interact with members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their children receive the care and attention they need.
  • Collaborate with other World Gym staff to promote a positive and inclusive environment for all members and their families.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience working with youth, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Proven ability to manage and train staff, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
