Job Title: Group Instructor/PE Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Instructor/PE Coach to join our team at GYMGUYZ - Corporate Studios. As a Group Instructor/PE Coach, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive physical education, skill-based training, and strength and conditioning programs to students in a local school in Kalispell.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver comprehensive physical education, skill-based training, and strength and conditioning programs
* Provide professional instruction in each class, ensuring the highest level of customer service
* Adapt instruction to accommodate various fitness levels, creating a safe, enjoyable, and encouraging experience for all participants
* Ensure student safety and provide ongoing motivation and support
* Monitor and track student progress based on the school's curriculum and requirements
* Attend weekly and monthly 1:1 meetings

Qualifications:

* Experience working with youth sports preferred
* Nationally recognized personal training or Group Instructor certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM) preferred
* CPR/AED certification
* Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition a plus
* Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours
* Team player or collaborative with others
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
