About the RoleAs a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Professional, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the oil and gas & pipeline industry. Your main objective will be to leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth through strategic account management and sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences, and work closely with internal teams to create tailored chemical solutions and services that meet their requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients, leveraging your knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers about our chemical solutions and their benefits.
  • Prepare and submit competitive proposals, quotes, and contracts to secure new business and renew existing contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, chemistry, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the chemical supply industry or related sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and sales initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas & pipeline industry, including knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Background in chemistry or chemical engineering preferred, with a solid understanding of chemical products and applications in the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of initiative, motivation, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed within assigned territory.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
