About the JobHire Energy, LLC is seeking an experienced Chemical Account Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets in the oil and gas & pipeline industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted account strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized chemical solutions and services that meet customer requirements and drive value.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients, leveraging your knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers about our chemical solutions and their benefits.
  • Prepare and submit competitive proposals, quotes, and contracts to secure new business and renew existing contracts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, chemistry, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the chemical supply industry or related sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and sales initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the oil and gas & pipeline industry, including knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Background in chemistry or chemical engineering preferred, with a solid understanding of chemical products and applications in the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of initiative, motivation, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed within assigned territory.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
