Job Overview
Northern Light Health is seeking a skilled Unit Coordinator/CNA to join our team at Mercy Fore River. As a key member of our Intermediate Care Unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our unit and providing exceptional patient care.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage patient records, process physician orders, and coordinate unit activities with ease. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with healthcare professionals, patients, and families. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, adhering to Northern Light Health policies and procedures, and reporting any environmental hazards or safety concerns.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED) and be certified as a Nursing Assistant. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions
