Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant I-CNA to join our Mercy Fore River team. This PRN position offers an estimated hourly wage of $19-$24 per hour, dependent on experience. As a CNA, you will work closely with nursing staff to provide direct and indirect patient care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our patients.

Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and moving patients, as well as transferring or transporting patients
">

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, peers, and other healthcare members to achieve successful customer outcomes and maximize unit function
">

- Participate in unit committees or educational peer opportunities to improve quality and engagement, and document all aspects of patient care in a timely manner
">

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a safe environment, adhering to NLH policies and procedures, and reporting any environmental hazards or violations of patient safety policy
">

Requirements

- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

- High school diploma or equivalent required; no minimum education requirement
