Position Overview: As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals by providing essential personal care and support in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with health-related tasks as directed by licensed healthcare professionals, adhering to personalized care plans.
- Support clients in completing daily living activities, including meal preparation, financial management, and shopping for necessities.
- Facilitate behavioral redirection and intervention in accordance with the individual's care plan.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six months of relevant experience; Certified Nursing Assistant certification is preferred.
- Valid driver's license in good standing, along with car registration and auto insurance (if applicable).
- A dependable and compassionate demeanor, with a commitment to our mission and values.
