Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Manufacturing Company. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal users, managing EDI processes, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal users, resolving hardware and software issues quickly.
  • Manage EDI processes, ensuring compliance and smooth information flow for inbound and outbound documents.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with EDI systems and related platforms, including ERP systems, SharePoint, and reporting tools like JetReports and Power BI.
  • Support the ERP Business Central system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Install and upgrade hardware and operating systems to keep our technology up-to-date.
  • Monitor IT systems and EDI processes to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Document solutions and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role, with a focus on EDI management.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and EDI processes.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical and EDI-related issues.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
