Shift Information:

  • Direct hire with our esteemed partner organization
  • 2nd or 3rd shift availability
  • Comprehensive training will occur during the day shift for 4 weeks
  • Compensation | $20 per hour

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and the capability to type at least 35 WPM.


Responsibilities of the Client Support Response Specialist:

  • Complete all necessary training and adhere to company protocols and procedures.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications from customers and regulatory agencies in a call center environment.
  • Deliver meticulous customer service and empathetic assistance to our clients with a sense of urgency.
  • Respond to, verify, and relay emergency signals.
  • Professionally handle security alarm activations for residential and commercial properties.
