Job Summary

OtterBase is a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles, including employment regulations, benefit and compensation policies, and personnel procedures.

Duties:

  1. Advise managers and employees on state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefit and compensation policies, personnel procedures, and classification program.
  2. Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
  3. Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
  • Customer service related experience required and Workday experience highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $65,000 per year.
