- Maintain detailed insurance call logs and updated electronic medical records accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other areas to support smooth operations.
- Handle patient and organizational information with confidentiality.
- Communicate professionally with insurance providers and colleagues to ensure efficient verification processes.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of one year experience in commercial insurance verification.
- Residence in Michigan.
