Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Benefits Program Specialist to join our team at APR. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, producers, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with various company marketing representatives and underwriters
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employee benefit lines of coverage and rating
  • Manage daily contact with Employee Benefits clients, including attending open enrollments and client meetings
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of health insurance and ancillary products experience
  • TN Life and Health Insurance License
  • Requires 3-5 years' experience working for an insurance agency, TPA, medical practice or insurance carrier
  • Prefer experience in employee group benefits managing a book of business, or managing and resolving claims issues
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 per year, plus benefits.
