About the Role

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Program Worker to join our team. As a member of our residential support team, you'll play a critical part in helping adults with mental health needs develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.

Salary and Career Advancement

This hourly position comes with a competitive pay range of $28-$34 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. With opportunities for overtime and a guaranteed raise after six months of satisfactory performance, you'll have a clear path for career advancement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Implement and monitor individualized service plans, addressing consumer needs and promoting positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support, ensuring a seamless transition between services.
  • Provide direct care and support to consumers, including assistance with daily living tasks and transportation to appointments.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records, contributing to ongoing evaluation and improvement.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols and agency policies, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in a residential setting and knowledge of mental health principles are highly desirable. A high school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid driver's license for positions requiring transportation, are also required.
