Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Cambridge City, IN area.

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring experience with students on the autism spectrum. We offer full benefits, weekly pay, and guaranteed hours with this role.

Job Details
  • Type: Full-Time (Up to 37.5hours per week)
  • Location: Onsite, School-Based
  • Caseload: K-5
Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on student behavior
  • Assist in developing and modifying instructional materials
  • Support students in developing social skills and coping mechanisms
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Requirements
  • Current RBT certification
  • Proven experience working in a school setting as an RBT preferred
  • CPI Training preferred
  • Experience with students who have special needs required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and therapists
  • Must be comfortable providing toileting assistance as needed
