About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team at Your Life ABA. As a Special Education Tutor/ABA Therapist, you will work one-on-one with students on the Autism Spectrum in home and community settings. Your primary focus will be on addressing IEP goals, with a emphasis on academic, behavioral, and vocational objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Apply behavior science principles to tutor students and address IEP goals.
  • Implement data-driven practices and collect accurate data to inform instruction.
  • Use explicit instruction and precision teaching techniques to deliver effective instruction.
  • Manage student behavior and maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology, etc.).
  • At least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Genuine passion for working with children and patience and compassion required.
