Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainers to join our team. As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of all levels, from beginner to advanced, and help them achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain an active client base by providing exceptional service and creating personalized fitness programs
  • Market and sell personal training programs to members and non-members through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Conduct fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members
  • Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program
  • Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field)
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
  • Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • BASIC computer and technology skills
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary with an earning potential of over $100K, plus bonus opportunities and access to medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits within the first month of employment.
