Job Description

">

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

">
  • Building and maintaining an active client base through personalized services and programs">
  • Delivering high-quality fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services to members">
  • Maintaining knowledge of all club services, programs, and products to provide excellent customer service">
  • Participating in Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program">
  • Previous experience in the fitness industry, preferably as a Personal Trainer">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues">
  • Ability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends">
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities">
