The Weapons Engineering Directorate at Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking highly motivated undergraduate students to join our team as interns. This internship provides a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in weapons engineering and contribute to the Laboratory's critical mission.
Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of weapons engineering projects
- Conduct research and analysis to support the Laboratory's mission
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and scientists to gain knowledge and skills
- Participate in professional development and networking opportunities
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program
- Enrolled in at least 12 credit hours during the fall and spring semesters or the quarter system equivalents
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
