Role Summary: Clinical Support SLP Success Manager

We are seeking a driven and clinically-focused SLP who is passionate about supporting both new and experienced SLPs. This role is centered on providing essential support within a dedicated team, focusing on community building, resource creation, caseload assistance, and ongoing education. You will collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams, influencing the direction of our organization while reporting to our Director of Clinical Support.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where your dedication to meeting the needs of SLPs will be highly valued. It is a hands-on role that allows you to make a significant impact on both SLPs and educational institutions. A strong understanding of school-based therapy practices is essential, along with an engaging and approachable personality. Most importantly, the Clinical Support SLP Success Manager must embody empathy, knowledge, and a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our SLP team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • SLP Guidance: Ensure the success of our SLP team by providing continuous support and guidance throughout the academic year.
  • Professional Development: Promote the growth and advancement of SLPs by identifying learning opportunities and offering constructive feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a rapidly expanding team, contributing positively to our outreach efforts.
  • Clinical Initiatives: Lead various clinical support initiatives alongside the clinical support team.
  • Operational Assistance: Conduct operational tasks to support leadership, including research, presentation creation, and documentation.
  • Support for New Graduates: Assist new graduates and Clinical Fellow SLPs with training and licensure processes.
  • Caseload Oversight: Address ongoing caseload challenges and participate in individual support sessions with assigned SLPs.
  • Team Meetings: Collaborate with the Clinical Support Director in regular team meetings, contributing ideas and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Experience in school-based settings is essential.
  • Active Illinois SLP license, IDFPR, ISBE PEL license, and CCC-SLP with ASHA certification are mandatory.
  • We value resourcefulness, self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to positively influence others.
  • Willingness to travel to schools occasionally and represent AnthroMed Education at relevant events is required.
