Job Overview

As a Financial Consultant at Apple Bank, you will play a pivotal role in promoting non-deposit investment products within our banking framework. The ideal candidate will be driven, goal-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to customer service, working collaboratively with both branch staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass established sales targets.
  • Facilitate branch sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Engage in proactive sales activities, including outreach and appointment setting.
  • Provide training and support to branch personnel.
  • Meet regularly with prospective clients to discuss their financial needs.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards while effectively communicating investment strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing sales and product training initiatives.
  • Foster strong working relationships with branch staff.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Branch Managers in your designated area.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial consulting or sales.
  • Prior experience in banking is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid NYS Life, Accident & Health license.
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and either Series 65 or 66 are required.
  • Strong time management and communication skills are essential.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
