Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Healthcare Sales team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in educating prospective clients on how our AI technology can help their operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate net new sales pipeline for the Healthcare Account Executive team
  • Prospect leads from various sources, including industry databases and online platforms
  • Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and emails to new prospective clients
  • Communicate with executives and other members of prospective clients' leadership teams
  • Meticulously manage a pipeline of new business opportunities towards ambitious company goals
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate sales interest
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and high-energy individual with a sense of urgency
  • Quick thinking and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to experimenting with sales pitches and processes to achieve company goals
  • Comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
  • Highly confident, curious, and receptive to feedback
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 6 months of experience in an SDR role
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Experience with high-touch outbound sales development
  • Demonstrated experience in consistently hitting and exceeding quota
