Role Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Regional Director of Revenue Management to spearhead and enhance revenue strategies across our designated hotels. This role involves close collaboration with hotel General Managers, Sales Directors, and the VP of Sales and Revenue Strategy to develop market forecasts and implement effective revenue management practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three (3) years in a Revenue Management capacity, with at least one (1) year in a leadership role within the hospitality sector.
  • Proficient knowledge of TravelClick products, including Demand360, Rate 360, and Agency360.
  • Strong command of MS Office and brand RMS systems such as Hilton GRO and Marriott One Yield 2.0, alongside skills in forecasting and strategic analysis.
  • Exceptional analytical and technical capabilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of reservations, front office operations, sales, and catering to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Creative forecasting and revenue management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
