At Publicis Collective, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Brand Experience to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the strategy and digital planning process for assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Client Management
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the brand experience team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across all levels and functions
- Digital Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital plans that meet client objectives
- Manage and lead the digital planning process, including research, analysis, and strategy development
- Team Management
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of digital planners and strategists
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Financial Management
- Manage client budgets and ensure fiscal accountability
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop strategies to achieve them
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience
- 8+ years of digital media planning and buying experience in progressive levels of responsibility
- Proven track record of success in media services, including holistic media strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting
- Skills
- Strong leadership presence and client management skills
- Digital mindset and fluency, with an insatiable curiosity
- Flexibility and agility to manage complex processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid presentation skills
What We Offer
Publicis Collective offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $91,000 - $144,000 annually, as well as medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
