Overview

At Publicis Collective, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Brand Experience to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the strategy and digital planning process for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Client Management
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the brand experience team
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across all levels and functions
  • Digital Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital plans that meet client objectives
    • Manage and lead the digital planning process, including research, analysis, and strategy development
  • Team Management
    • Lead and develop a high-performing team of digital planners and strategists
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Financial Management
    • Manage client budgets and ensure fiscal accountability
    • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop strategies to achieve them

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
    • MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience
    • 8+ years of digital media planning and buying experience in progressive levels of responsibility
    • Proven track record of success in media services, including holistic media strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership presence and client management skills
    • Digital mindset and fluency, with an insatiable curiosity
    • Flexibility and agility to manage complex processes
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid presentation skills

What We Offer

Publicis Collective offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $91,000 - $144,000 annually, as well as medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
