Behavioral Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our comprehensive 23-Hour Crisis Stabilization team. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field and at least four years of experience in crisis intervention and clinical determination.
The Licensed Clinician II provides person-centered, trauma-informed care to individuals with the goal of stabilization at the least restrictive level of care and an emphasis on post-crisis growth. They will work well with multiple internal and community stakeholders to coordinate care and safety in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine medical necessity and client needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive needs assessments
- Provide individual and family therapy as needed
- Facilitate crisis intervention and skills restoration for improvement of acute symptoms
- Complete clinical documentation in electronic health records
