Behavioral Specialist Opportunity

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $64,000 per year

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team at Magical Moments ABA. As a member of our team, you will work with clients on the Autism spectrum, providing direct service in their homes or schools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct instruction and programs to increase communication, daily living skills, social skills, play skills, and more.
  • Manage challenging behaviors and support clients with Autism in various settings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and therapy teams.
  • Collaborate with other therapists, providers, and staff for effective program implementation.
  • Collect accurate data on client progress and maintain scheduled appointments in our practice management software.
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification, preferred
  • Knowledge of general ABA practices
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
