About the Role

We are seeking a Global Business Growth Strategist to help us activate and grow our most strategic digital partnerships. This role will focus on meeting assigned targets for revenues through and with channel partners, driving onboarding and activating new partners, and engaging Mastercard resources in support of partnership objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet assigned targets for revenues through and with channel partners
  • Drive onboarding and activating new partners; ensure they're enabled, equipped, and motivated to sell, market, deploy, and support the Mastercard offering
  • Engage Mastercard resources and stakeholders in support of partnership objectives and sales opportunities
  • Develop an annual joint business plan with high-performing and high-potential partners to meet revenue goals
  • Provide partner and market feedback loop to internal functions on tools and programs

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least seven years of experience in customer success, account management, and/or sales in data and tech companies
  • Experience managing major customer/partner relationships to make things happen, grow the pie, and maintain excellent transparency, trust, and collaboration
  • Experience developing and managing joint business planning with partners

Mastercard offers a competitive base salary based on location, experience, and qualifications, as well as an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Total Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position in Purchase, New York is $132,000 - $206,000 per year, including a competitive base salary and annual bonus/commissions opportunity. This estimate is based on national averages and may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.
