About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled High-Level Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at 2U. This role will play a critical part in shaping our global staffing, recruitment, and hiring strategies.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition plans that align with the company's business objectives. They will work closely with stakeholders to identify talent gaps, develop recruitment strategies, and implement processes to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global staffing, recruitment, and hiring strategies that support the company's growth goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure access to top talent.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in HR, Business, or Communications preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in full life cycle recruitment, preferably in a senior recruiting role.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to create, manage, and report on data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other people systems.
