About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Global Supply Chain Strategist to join our team at Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and operationalizing a comprehensive global vendor management program.

Responsibilities
  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Support clients in crafting a clear and effective vendor management strategy and associated programmatic capability.
  • Ensure the operational delivery of programs, guaranteeing core products, projects, and services are delivered on-time and in-full.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, quality standards, and service levels.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to optimize vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to manage vendors and supply chains effectively.
  • Mitigate supply-chain/vendor-related risks and enhance overall supply-chain resilience.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to executive leadership on supply chain performance and business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business operations with seven years of experience in supply chain or outsourced service management and strategic planning within a regional or global corporate environment.
  • Possess expertise in selecting stakeholders, determining goals, designing long-term solutions, and leading complex programs.
  • Ability to recognize team strengths and growth areas, leveraging strengths to build engagement and cohesion.
  • Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently, under pressure, and collaboratively at various levels.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to find a path forward in difficult situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with competing priorities and deadlines.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $162,500. Our comprehensive benefits package includes employer-paid life and AD&D insurance, voluntary life and AD&D insurance, medical coverage, (HSA) Health Savings Account, (FSA) Flexible Savings Account, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(K), paid time off, and employee assistance programs.
