We are seeking a results-oriented, innovative sales enrollment professional with a deep passion for personal growth.

Role Summary
The Enrollment Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving or surpassing individual and team revenue targets, focusing on selling Feminine Power Professional Training, Feminine Power Mastery, and new courses that necessitate a high-touch sales approach.

This role also supports sales for the Visionary Women's Track (VWT) in the Feminine Power 7 Week course and Feminine Power membership sales, providing alternatives for participants who may not be ready to engage in Mastery or Feminine Power Professional Training, as well as graduates wishing to remain connected to the Feminine Power community.

The Enrollment Sales Consultant collaborates with the Sales team and the Director of Sales to meet and exceed team objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Collaborate effectively with other sales team members to achieve team goals.
- Ensure timely and effective communication from initial contact through every stage of the sales pipeline.
- Meet performance standards for each conversion point.
- Manage the qualification and scheduling process for one-on-one enrollment calls with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with retention calls for participants with additional inquiries.
- Maintain a calendar and schedule of calls using scheduling tools and track results using CRM software.
- Attend weekly team meetings and any other required gatherings.
- Continuously develop your enrollment skills.
- Provide excellent customer service promptly.
- Stay updated with information from the Customer Service and Marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional or personal experience in healing, coaching, or transformative fields.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, project management software, and other platforms that facilitate a virtual work environment.
- Knowledge of the online learning sector is a plus.
- Experience enrolling participants in professional development programs within the personal development arena.

Candidates should be prepared to work approximately standard Pacific Time hours, regardless of their location. Evening and weekend hours may be required during sales launches and campaigns.
