Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate documentation to satisfy client requests.
  • Case Management: Create descriptive cases for department specialists, documenting client conversations, information, and questions needing resolution.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with sales, business development, and other internal teams as necessary.
  • Account Management: Assist with merchant account creation in Salesforce and other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous work experience in a customer service role, preferably in a FinTech / SAAS / Payments / Merchant Services industry.
  • Technical Skills: Previous Salesforce experience and excellent organizational skills.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated team player with strong analytic and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, comprehension, and ability to multi-task and use several systems in tandem to resolve problems.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Communication: Ability to speak on the phone for several hours of the workday and clearly and concisely present information, both verbally and written.
  • Problem-Solving: Must be able to research issues that arise to resolve them while speaking with clients simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: Able to sit in an office setting for long periods of time.
