Role OverviewThis high-growth opportunity is perfect for an ambitious sales professional eager to contribute to a dynamic journey. As the Founding Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales function at our early-stage company. Your responsibility will be to establish the foundation for enterprise sales, collaborating closely with our CEO, COO, and CPO to align sales strategies with our company vision.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy focused on identifying and closing new enterprise sales opportunities.
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline through strategic account planning and proactive outreach.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for enterprise clients, understanding their distinct needs and offering customized solutions.
- Lead complex sales cycles, navigating multiple decision-makers and intricate technical requirements.
- Deliver in-depth product demonstrations showcasing the value and capabilities of Dispatch's platform.
- Ensure seamless collaboration with the CEO, COO, and CPO to guarantee that sales strategies align with company objectives.
- Foster partnerships with engineering teams for technical evaluations and presentations.
- Prioritize providing constructive feedback to internal teams to promote continuous product improvement.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically with complex B2B SaaS products.
- Demonstrated success in managing and closing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling the articulation of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- History of achieving success in a startup or early growth stage environment, exceling in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Ambitious entrepreneurial mindset with a strong inclination towards action and the capacity to operate independently.
- Experience with sales frameworks like MEDDICC is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of the financial advisory space or a related industry is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- $120,000 per year salary.
