About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new construction and commercial channels, working closely with creative teams and business partners to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Analyze market demographics, identify opportunities, and create plans to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase from new construction homeowners and commercial businesses.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and manage sales and support materials that effectively articulate our customer value proposition across both consumer and business segments.
  • Communicate performance and marketing feedback from builders and new construction sales partners to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Aid in the coordination, development, and promotion of content marketing efforts focused on product features, benefits, and differentiation for the new construction and commercial channel.
  • Create compelling presentations to support assigned sales channels and drive business results.
  • Develop product launch plans, including orchestration of content development highlighting key selling features and trends tailored for internal and external purposes.
  • Provide expert insights and analysis to inform marketing decisions, leveraging data from new, current, and former customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing campaigns and content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Project coordination and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in analytics and KPI-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, with a strong understanding of the retail environment and e-commerce principles.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
