We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Construction Theory. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and establishing relationships with architects and interior designers to promote our construction services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building:
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and industry professionals.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
    • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to represent Construction Theory and expand our professional network.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage content creation and scheduling for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, showcasing our projects and company culture.
    • Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content and grow our online presence.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Schedule and organize meetings, presentations, and site visits with architects and interior designers to showcase our services and portfolio.
    • Prepare customized promotional materials and presentations that align with client needs and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing and outreach efforts are aligned with company goals.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategic decisions.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the management team to enhance services and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, Business or Real Estate.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or sales, preferably within the construction, architecture, or design industries.
  • Strong proficiency in social media management, including content creation and analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and pay attention to detail.
  • Passion for architecture, design, and contemporary construction trends.
