We are currently seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team as a traveling project manager for ground up and tenant finish work in the southeastern US.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision, with a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and on-budget. They will be responsible for managing construction activities, manpower, financials, safety protocols, and reporting for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction activities, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols, adhering to OSHA guidelines
  • Prepare and submit weekly and daily reports to management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction supervision, with a focus on ground up and tenant finish projects
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
  • OSHA 10 and/or 30 certifications a plus
