Pediatric Nurse Specialist

Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children, operated by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse III to coordinate clinical nursing and administrative activities for the Specialty Care Department and Employee Health programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality care for patients and supporting staff health initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of full-time experience as a registered nurse in a hospital, clinic, or medical facility, with at least six months in a supervisory or managerial role. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of nursing principles, emergency medical procedures, and regulatory requirements.
About the Role:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The selected candidate will be required to perform mandatory overtime, and work 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Employees in this position are expected to remain calm and exercise sound judgment in stressful or emergency situations.
