Job Title: Pediatric Health Services Manager

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Health Services Manager to oversee clinical nursing and administrative activities for the Spec Nurse, Registered Nurse, Employee, Health, Registered, Public Health, Healthcare at Pappas Rehabilitation Hospital for Children (PRHC).

Job Summary:
This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement care plans, communicate effectively with healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• 5+ years of experience in nursing leadership or management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $83,011 - $144,598 per year, depending on experience.
