Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking skilled nurses to join our team at ARK Behavioral Health, a leading Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment Facility in Canton, MA.
This role requires providing exceptional nursing care to clients, adhering to established standards and recognized nursing techniques. As an RN or LPN, you will be responsible for collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to support facets of the recovery program related to physical health.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and knowledge of addiction issues and the 12-Step Recovery Program.
We offer a competitive salary of $40-$47 (RN) / $33-$39 (LPN) per hour, along with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
Nursing Responsibilities- Evaluate and respond to clients' physical and emotional needs.
- Administer medications and treatments, documenting them in KIPU, our Electronic Medical Record system.
- Adhere to safety and infection control procedures in all job responsibilities.
- Provide medical care to clients enrolled in our outpatient treatment program.
- Triage client medical issues and take appropriate action.
