Key Responsibilities:

· Cultivating and overseeing a network of relationships with general contractors and subcontractors;

· Planning and managing all project-related tasks to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery;

· Identifying, negotiating, and securing all essential job-related materials and equipment;

· Organizing and directing all field personnel related to the project;

Ideal Candidates for the Mechanical Project Coordinator Role Will Possess:

· A college degree in mechanical engineering is preferred, along with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience;

· Over 5 years of project management experience in delivering mechanical solutions and installations within commercial construction settings, demonstrating a proven track record of outstanding performance;

· Comprehensive understanding of mechanical HVAC systems (design, operation, etc.), including chilled water systems;

· Proficient ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and specifications;

· Basic familiarity with standard construction accounting practices;

· Capability to create comprehensive cost estimates for projects;

· Insight into HVAC value engineering concepts and their applications;

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
