Job Title: Director, Global Product Management

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead the commercialization and go-to-market strategy for our Operational Insights products. As a key member of our Global Product Management team, you will be responsible for crafting the go-to-market strategy, defining the product value proposition and pricing, and playing a key role in sales and delivery enablement.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of product managers to develop and execute the commercialization strategy for Operational Insights products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategy, roadmap, and vision are aligned with go-to-market strategy and product business priorities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technology teams
  • Drive globally relevant solutions by understanding regional needs and tradeoffs, and build scalable products that serve an array of customer segments
  • Act as an expert, advocate, and champion for Operational Insights products
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the commercialization strategy for Operational Insights products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategy, roadmap, and vision are aligned with go-to-market strategy and product business priorities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and technology teams
  • Drive globally relevant solutions by understanding regional needs and tradeoffs, and build scalable products that serve an array of customer segments
  • Act as an expert, advocate, and champion for Operational Insights products
Requirements
  • Strategic mindset to frame, solve, and implement offerings for complex and ambiguous problems
  • Keen understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends in the self-service analytics space, particularly for card operations, and the ability to translate that understanding into meaningful actions and enhancements
  • Strong understanding of card operations, reconciliation, and supporting data analytics
  • Agile product management experience in analytical solutions designed for payments or a related financial services sector
  • Proven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products and features
  • Highly organized and able to deal with multiple and competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant experience; MBA a plus
