Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our financial advisory team to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients
  • Leverage your tax/finance expertise to provide strategic advice and optimize clients' financial situations
  • Assist with planning and preparation while gradually transitioning into a more advisory-focused role
  • Participate in client meetings offering insights and building relationships to support their financial goals
  • Work closely with senior management to grow into the Director of Financial Planning role, with potential to pursue a CFP designation
  • Provide support for our firm's internal financial processes with minimal focus on business development
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting/tax or finance with some client interaction
  • Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or MBA preferred
  • Strong desire to move into a strategic advisory role
  • Ability to work independently with flexibility to manage a hybrid work schedule
  • Local to the area with availability to attend in-office meetings and client appointments as needed
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals
  • Driven to develop into a Director of Financial Planning
Compensation:
  • $90,000-110,000 base salary with bonus opportunities (total compensation: $130,000-150,000)
