Job Title: Senior Account Representative

At TEPHRA, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our electric construction accounts, driving sales growth and increasing margins.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, build, and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Serve the commercial construction market by suggesting and delivering the right products and services for a complete end-to-end solution
  • Product focus to include TEPHRA's full product offering, including Switchgear, Lighting, Electrical Consumables, and Wire and Cable
  • Actively engage TEPHRA's differentiating resources regularly to provide customer value
  • Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years direct work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A confident and determined approach
  • Self-motivation and drive
