Position Summary
We are currently inviting applications for multiple IT Service Desk Analyst positions, focusing on onsite support within a long-term contract that may lead to permanent employment. This role is crucial in delivering daily technical assistance to end-users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and training to internal users, primarily through inbound calls.
- Assist internal clients with software and hardware inquiries and issues.
- Set up and maintain various hardware, including PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Provide training and create documentation for standard and custom applications used by the organization.
- Support various projects and additional tasks as assigned.
- Ensure network security and manage user account creation and administration.
- Collaborate with network operations to maintain connectivity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating systems, including Windows 2007/2008/2010/0365.
- Understanding of data networks and communication systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
- Familiarity with custom applications, active directory, and ticketing systems.
