Transplant Surgery Nurse

At HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Transplant Surgery to join our team. This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.
Job Summary:This role supports the mission of Presbyterian/St Luke's Medical Center by providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. As a Surgical Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' medical conditions and develop personalized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing procedures as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clear understanding of treatment plans and progress
- Certified BLS/AHA or equivalent upon hire
- A valid Registered Nurse license in Colorado
- Minimum one year acute care experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $44.00 - $61.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
