Position Overview: Yellowstone Club's Retail & Rental department is in search of a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative for the upcoming winter season. This role is pivotal in delivering product knowledge and sales support while adhering to the retail standards and expectations of Yellowstone Club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise and timely information about retail offerings and services.
- Employ superior sales techniques to enhance sales performance.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the merchandise.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant vocational training; one to two years of experience in customer service; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to foster positive relationships with Members, guests, colleagues, and management.
- Prior experience in the retail sector; familiarity with the Jonas computer system and Easy Rent is advantageous.
