Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Health and Wellness team as a Fitness Attendant. This seasonal position is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and is eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest services, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our Members and guests.
  • Assist with knowledge about the equipment, sign up Members and guests for classes, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Health and Wellness Manager.
  • Enter charges for services rendered and create client profiles using our club and resort management system.
  • Answer Member, guest, and interdepartmental inquiries by telephone, email, and mail, and route inquiries to the proper department in a timely manner.
  • Keep detailed records of Member preferences and requests, and properly open and close Camphouse each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Fulfill placed beverage orders and actively promote the facility, lessons, services, sessions, and retail.
  • Keep the facility clean, amenities stocked, and assist in all areas of Camphouse as directed by supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED, or vocational training or job-related coursework.
  • One to two years' experience in customer service.
  • Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • College degree, preferred.
  • Previous work experience in a gym or workout facility is a plus.
